It's a straw hat, gaucho style. Tightly sewn and pressed nicely. Keeps the sun off and it is large enough you are not having to find a good angle. It's got a decent quality.Love it!the hat it’s ok good quality and everything else but they packed a 21 inch hat in to a 10 inch box the hat is totally out of shape and ruined do not order from this irresponsible people they don’t care about customers so disappointed and dissatisfiedI really like the hat it’s like warring a shade tree. The only problem I found with it. They don’t make the head size big enough. I can’t ware it. Just don’t fit. Take a look at making them bigger. Thanks. ????Fits my big head which is hard to find.
