Easily gripped by the young one but leaked a little when on its side. Also when tipped at an upward angle the straw came out of the fluid. However the young one was able to adjust.The straw leaks still. I was really excited to try this cup ( even though I say that with every new sippy cup I purchase) but I was disappointed yet again. I found no leaks where you twist the lid on but the moment my toddler drops it on the floor or carpet, the straw does leak and I'm back to square one again. I will be returning these cups.My autistic grandson will drink out of them. So that’s enough for me as he will get not drink out of certain cupsGreat cups! They are exactly as described.
