This hat can fit an adult so I don't know if I would say it's a kids hat. It flies off both my girls if not snug on the stringWay too big for a ten year old girls head. She is smaller like an 8 or 9 year old but the depth of the bucket was goofy. I wish it worked though because it was cute. Too small for a adult woman.Not for toddlers. This has a very wide brim for great sun coverage, fits my head and is very cute!This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter and she loves it!
